RETAINER PAYMENT ON-LINE AGREEMENT:

CLIENT agrees that the payment for all services, and investigative efforts, processed, through merchant terminals, and portals, as well as in person, to include electronic processing via internet services, and all types of third party financial processing, utilizing any type of card or service provided by a financial institution, or the likeness of, will not be disputed, or be subject to due to a lack of findings, lack of procurement of CLIENT desired results, in addition to CLIENT dissatisfaction with the results of investigative efforts. Written and verbal reports, all media, all investigative efforts, to include expenses shall serve as the intended product purchased by the CLIENT. The product known as a service block, which is available for purchase through e-commerce portals, will also serve as a physical product to represent any or all services rendered by AGENCY/EVI for the CLIENT. This product will be shipped by AGENCY/EVI and received by the CLIENT. Receipt of any knowledge, verbal or written, to include any media furnished to the CLIENT, in addition to the receipt of any service block(s) or goods(other) shall serve as fulfillment of services rendered, and desired by the CLIENT regardless of the final outcome of results or findings provided by AGENCY/EVI. CLIENT acknowledges that AGENCY/EVI will prosecute any attempt of illegal or deceptive credit card use, in addition to the submission of false information submitted to electronic payment processing services, third party payment processing services, and credit card services to the fullest extent of the law. The home area for any and all legal proceedings is Volusia County Florida. CLIENT acknowledges that any legal costs incurred by AGENCY/EVI to obtain delinquent or disputed payment for services, in violation of this agreement, rendered to the CLIENT, that has been disputed by the CLIENT or any third parties, will be the sole responsibility of the CLIENT.
