Step #3: The Case -

CASE ASSIGNMENTS: We handle many different types of cases to serve your needs. Whether you need our investigative services for divorce, child custody, missing persons, witness locator services, insurance claims, workers compensation claims, personal, commercial or industrial theft, accident, criminal, wrongful death, fire, surrogation or bad faith investigations or need us for emotional injury, employee dishonesty, sexual harrassment or all types of fraud investigations, here is how we operate:

FIELD OPERATIONS: In our experience, we have found surveillance one of the most important means of successful investigations. Covert operations are the heart of our business; we work within the law and carefully setup our surveillance teams to establish ethical methods of operation. We utilize a combination of legal searches before we leave the office and use various investigative techniques to get our results.

DAILY REPORTS: EVI will report daily -- directly to you or the client contact person -- with verbal or email updates from the case supervisor. Written reports will be delivered either on case re-assessment day, within 24-hours of day of investigation, or upon completion of case. (Daily progress reports and digital photos can be emailed from our on-site surveillance setup. Extra charges will apply for this service.)

  TURN AROUND TIME (TAT):   Short-notice jobs accepted. Although we are known for our ability to get an investigation done in a timely manner, we provide our clients with the fastest, most reliable results possible while not jeapordizing case operations AND providing all of our clients with excellent customer service - equally. Every case is important to us.

*PLEASE NOTE: All financial asset searches must be accompanied by a judgement or letter from an attorney. Asset Searches must have court-related documentation, attorney letter, etc. EVI is dedicated to full compliance with all state and federal regulations in its jurisdiction including FCRA, DPPA, IRSG & GLB.  Also, some are only available for (1) insurance agency investigation into insurance fraud, and (2) licensed investigation for collection of delinquent child support judgements authorized by court order. MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A JUDGEMENT OR LETTER FROM AN ATTORNEY!
